The Sport Administration Charlie Classic Top Golf Tournament is an immersive learning experience for students in the SPTA 402 (Event Management in Sport) class at Ball State University. This golf tournament allows students the opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience. The golf tournament also serves as a fundraiser for the Sport Administration Fund for Excellence. This fund provides students with the opportunity to gain professional development experiences that allow them to differentiate themselves in ways that without it would be improbable. All students involved in the planning and execution of the golf tournament are Sport Administration majors at Ball State University.
